About Esi Eiendom AS

We provide online education that turns everyday workplace responsibilities into practical skills. All programs are delivered online for learners across Canada.

Education-only positioning: Esi Eiendom AS does not provide property management, real estate brokerage, investment services, financial advisory, legal services, accounting, or business consulting.

What “workplace skills” means here
Administration fundamentals, clear communication, project coordination habits, and leadership routines that help teams operate consistently.
Learning philosophy
Use workplace artifacts as teaching material: agendas, minutes, action logs, file structures, and simple project registers. Skills stick when outputs are tangible.
Clear boundaries
Courses and resources are educational and informational. They are not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, investment, or consulting advice.

Based in Norway, serving Canada online.

Why We Started

Esi Eiendom AS was founded in 2021 after noticing a recurring gap in workplace training: many roles depend on practical routines that are rarely taught explicitly. People are expected to “pick it up” through observation, yet the work itself is often distributed across teams, tools, and time zones. The result is avoidable inconsistency—files that cannot be found, meetings that do not produce decisions, and projects that drift because the handoff process is vague.

We built an education-first approach that treats operational basics as learnable skills. The intent is not to advise on a specific business, but to teach repeatable methods: how to document decisions, maintain a simple action register, design a weekly review, and communicate with clarity. The emphasis is transferable, so learners can apply it in many industries without relying on niche jargon.

Mission

To provide accessible online education that helps individuals develop practical professional skills, organizational knowledge, and workplace competencies through flexible learning.

Vision

To become a trusted provider of professional online education supporting lifelong learning and workplace excellence across Canada.

Education-only positioning

Esi Eiendom AS is an independent online education organization. We do not provide real estate brokerage, property management services, investment services, financial advisory, legal services, accounting, or business consulting. Course materials, workshops, and resources are educational and informational, and learners are responsible for applying them appropriately in their own context.

How We Teach

Our learning design is built around a simple promise: every lesson should produce an output you recognize from real work. That means writing a short decision note, turning a recurring task into a checklist, or drafting a one-page communication plan for stakeholder updates. These artifacts are ordinary, but they are the foundation of reliable operations.

Courses use a steady weekly cadence: concept, example, practice, and review. We introduce lightweight frameworks such as RACI-style responsibility mapping, Kanban principles for work-in-progress limits, and basic risk registers for project coordination. The point is not to create bureaucracy; it is to create consistency so that handoffs are clear and responsibilities can be traced.

Programs are delivered online across Canada through instructor-led cohorts, self-paced modules, and virtual workshops. Learners can use their own workplace scenarios or neutral practice scenarios, depending on what they are comfortable sharing. We avoid collecting sensitive information, and we encourage learners to keep examples anonymized when discussing internal processes.

Template-driven practice

Learners work with checklists, planners, and documentation standards that make routines easier to repeat.

Clear feedback loops

Where instructor-led, feedback focuses on clarity, completeness, and whether outputs would work in a real handoff.

Predictable pacing

A stable weekly structure helps learners plan around work and study schedules without cramming.

Privacy-aware examples

Learners can keep examples anonymized. We focus on methods, not on proprietary business details.

Our Values

We keep the organization’s priorities plain and inspectable. A good course is one a learner can apply on Monday morning, using the tools and constraints they already have.

Practical learning

Skills are taught through concrete outputs: SOP drafts, action logs, meeting minutes, and simple project checklists.

Professional growth

Learning supports long-term competence: better organization, clearer communication, and repeatable coordination habits.

Integrity

Transparent educational scope. We do not position learning materials as professional advice or regulated services.

Accessibility

Canada-wide online availability, with options for different schedules and learning preferences.

Collaboration

Many workplace skills only show up in teams: handoffs, approvals, status reporting, and meeting discipline. Our programs practice these patterns without pretending to “fix” an organization. Learners leave with methods they can implement responsibly, one routine at a time.

Learning Specialists

Our specialist profiles describe educational roles focused on curriculum and learner support. They do not represent consulting or advisory services.

Ingrid L. — Business Administration Educator (Adult Learning)

Ingrid has supported workplace learning for 9 years, focusing on documentation standards, SOP drafting, and administrative workflows. She is known for teaching the “boring parts” well: naming conventions, version control habits, and approval trails that prevent confusion later. Her sessions often start with a single artifact—an agenda or a meeting minute—and build a repeatable structure around it. Learners appreciate the clarity and the insistence on plain language.

Daniel R. — Workplace Communication Specialist (Professional Writing)

Daniel has spent 8 years developing training focused on concise writing, meeting structure, and stakeholder updates. He teaches practical patterns: subject lines that carry decisions, follow-up emails that name owners and dates, and briefs that separate facts from requests. His specialty is reducing rework created by ambiguity—without pushing people into rigid templates. Outside sessions, he contributes editing guidelines used across multiple modules.

Sofia M. — Leadership Development Advisor (Team Operations)

Sofia has worked for 10 years on leadership education with an emphasis on day-to-day team coordination rather than motivational theory. She focuses on delegation notes, decision hygiene, and establishing meeting cadence that keeps work visible. Learners often cite her ability to translate “leadership” into a small set of repeatable practices: clarify scope, document the decision, confirm the next action. Her modules are grounded in common workplace scenarios, not idealized org charts.

Quality Commitment

Learning materials are reviewed to keep examples current and language consistent. Updates focus on practical improvements: clearer instructions, better templates, and exercises that produce more useful artifacts. We avoid inflated claims and keep boundaries explicit—education and informational content only.

  • Curriculum review cycles based on learner questions and common friction points.
  • Template updates that reflect modern collaboration tools and remote workflows.
  • Transparent communication about what programs cover—and what they do not.
