Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: March 14, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Esi Eiendom AS website and any online education programs, workshops, webinars, learning modules, and educational resources that we make available (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the website or submitting a registration or contact request, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that “you” includes the organization.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy by reference.
1. About Esi Eiendom AS and Educational-Only Positioning
Esi Eiendom AS is an independent online education organization providing professional learning programs focused on workplace administration, business operations fundamentals, leadership, project coordination, communication, and professional development for learners across Canada. Delivery is online.
The Services are provided exclusively for educational and informational purposes. Esi Eiendom AS does not provide property management services, real estate brokerage, investment services, financial advisory services, legal services, accounting services, or business consulting. Any examples, templates, or exercises are designed to build practical skills and are not tailored advice for your specific situation.
Participation does not guarantee employment, promotions, salary increases, business success, certifications, investment returns, or financial outcomes. Individual results depend on many factors, including your role, workplace context, and how you apply what you learn.
2. Eligibility and Minimum Age
You must be at least 16 years old to use this website and Services. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate contact details when you submit forms and not to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with an organization.
3. Service Description and Changes
We offer instructor-led online courses, self-paced learning modules, virtual workshops, webinars, and downloadable educational resources. Programs may include checklists, templates, short quizzes, and applied exercises intended to practice routine workplace skills such as documentation standards, meeting agendas and minutes, action logs, and simple project coordination tools.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including the availability of specific modules, program outlines, or learning resources. We aim to keep program descriptions current, but we do not guarantee that any specific content will always be available.
The website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access or that the website will be free from errors.
4. Registration Requests and Communications
The website may provide forms to request enrollment information, workshop availability, or learning support. A submitted form is a request for contact and coordination; it is not, by itself, a guarantee of enrollment or a binding agreement for any specific schedule.
By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you authorize us to contact you using the details you provide to respond to your inquiry and coordinate enrollment logistics. We will not sell your personal data. For more information about how we process personal data and how to withdraw consent, see our Privacy Policy.
You understand that communications may be delivered electronically (for example, email). You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is correct and that you can receive messages from our domain.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or regulation.

- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect content or data from the website using automated means without our prior written permission.
- Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information through forms.

- Interfere with the website’s normal operation, including excessive requests or denial-of-service behavior.
- Use the website to transmit spam or unsolicited communications.
- Use the website in a manner that would reasonably be expected to damage, disable, or impair the Services for others.
We may suspend or block access to the website if we reasonably believe there has been a violation of these Terms or a risk to security.
6. Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including text, templates, worksheets, videos, graphics, design elements, and underlying code, are owned by Esi Eiendom AS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the website for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content unless we expressly permit it in writing.

Accessing third-party services is at your own risk. You should review their terms and policies before using them.
8. Disclaimers
Educational content is provided for general learning and informational purposes only. It is not professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice for your particular situation where needed (for example, legal, accounting, or financial advice from qualified professionals).
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that content is complete or error-free, or that using our materials will lead to any specific outcome. Examples and scenarios are illustrative and may not reflect all real-world constraints.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Esi Eiendom AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the website or Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esi Eiendom AS’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the website or Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to Esi Eiendom AS for the Services in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) NOK 1,000.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is not permitted.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Esi Eiendom AS from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the website or Services; (b) information you submit through the website; or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, labor disputes, widespread internet outages, cyberattacks, or failures of hosting and cloud providers.
12. International Use

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your activity poses a security risk. You may stop using the website at any time.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Esi Eiendom AS regarding the website and Services and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings.
16. Assignment
We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
17. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Esi Eiendom AS.
18. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after we post the updated Terms on this page, unless the change is required by law or is administrative in nature (in which case it may be effective immediately).
Your continued use of the website after the effective date of an updated version constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Electronic Communications
You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Where applicable, electronic signatures and records will have the same effect as handwritten signatures and paper records.
